Terms of Service (AGB)

1. Scope of Service

EcoLoop connects households with local farms to recirculate organic waste directly. We provide the logistics, buckets, and fermentation bran required for this process.

2. Subscription & Cancellation

The subscription is monthly and can be cancelled at any time via the user dashboard. Upon cancellation, you must return the provided buckets within 14 days to receive your deposit refund (if applicable).

3. User Duties

Users verify that they will only place allowed organic materials into the EcoLoop buckets. Contamination of the waste stream may result in immediate termination of the service.

• Allowed: Fruit, vegetables, coffee, eggshells.
• Not Allowed: Plastic, metal, glass, large bones, chemicals.

4. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Further liability is excluded.
